There will be five faceplates in this 'Galaxy Collection.' These faceplates will work on both PS5 Disc and Digital models. The five colors are 'Midnight Black,' 'Cosmic Red,' 'Starlight Blue,' 'Galactic Purple,' and 'Nova Pink.'
The retail price for a customizable faceplate from Sony is $54.99 USD, which is comparable to some after-market faceplates currently available. To accompany the release of this faceplate line, Sony is also releasing three new colors for its DualSense controller. These three colors are pink, purple, and light blue, which match the corresponding faceplates. The new DualSense controllers retail for $74.99 USD.
