Lactalis UK & Ireland has announced new packaging for the Président Butter with Sea Salt Crystals product as part of its wider, ongoing commitment to reduce packaging. The butter packaging will now feature 17% less plastic than the previous version without compromising on performance by reducing the edge height by 4mm with the rest remaining unchanged. The product will maintain the recognizable dome-shaped design to ensure consistency for shoppers, while also maintaining an indulgent taste for fans of the French butter to enjoy.

Group Marketing Director Heloise Le Norcy-Trott spoke on the new packaging for Président Butter with Sea Salt Crystals saying, "At Lactalis UK & Ireland we are committed to making our packaging more sustainable and this latest move is another step in the right direction. For consumers, there will be no change in the product experience. They can still enjoy the same great taste of Président Butter with Sea Salt Crystals, from the same convenient dome-shaped pack."
