Bol Foods, the UK’s plant-based food and drink brand, has added a new dish to its lineup: the Protein Thai Green Noodle Power Soup. This launch taps into the growing trend of consumers seeking quick, convenient meals that don’t compromise on nutrition or flavor.

The new soup blends a creamy coconut base with fragrant lemongrass, a hint of chilli, and warming ginger. It’s loaded with rice noodles, crunchy green beans, and protein-rich edamame, making it a filling and satisfying choice for both lunch and dinner. Beyond taste, the recipe is designed to fuel busy lifestyles — each pot offers 24 grams of protein, 12 grams of fibre, and two of your five-a-day portions of fruit and vegetables.
