Banksy Plays With Chicken McNuggets and Fish Sticks in NYC

At the “Village Pet Store and Charcoal Grill” in New York, renowned artist Banksy has created some unusual works of fast food art.

Banksy has named his art works “Wild Chicken McNuggets,” “Fish Stick Aquarium” and “Hot Dog Chow Time.” The collection features Chicken McNuggets pecking and preening themselves, fish sticks swimming in a tank and a hot dog drinking out of a water bowl.

Implications - Many consumers today who are overworked and stressed truly enjoy the brief moments of eccentricity or humor that can be incorporated into their otherwise long and dull days. Products that already exist and may not be conventionally be considered as being humorous can be easily be enhanced to entertain consumers. Businesses will benefit by altering familiar products or items because consumers will immediately recognize the difference.
