Sweetcatch Poke Created a Special Pride Bowl for Pride Month

This June, the New York-based chain Sweetcatch Poke is serving up a special Pride Bowl in honor of Pride Month.

Sweetcatch Poke's Pride Bowl is a rainbow-themed take on a classic poké bowl. The dish consists of a bed of cabbage and brown rice, topped with seaweed salad, pineapple, masago, red chili, scallions, onions, watermelon radish, sesame seeds, and tuna poke marinated with spicy honey shoyu. The colorful ingredients are arranged on top of the bowl to mirror the image of the Pride flag.

Best of all, the new Pride Bowl also helps to support a great cause. 50% of the proceeds of the sale of the Pride Bowl will be going to the NYC Health + Hospitals LGBTQ Health Center.
