Cosmo-Inspired Motel Stays

Cutwater Hosted the 'Press for Cosmo' Experience at the Beach Motel

Cutwater hosted its 'Press for Cosmo' experience at The Beach Motel in Southampton, Ontario, transforming a Labour Day weekend stay into an experiential extension of the brand’s ready-to-serve cocktail positioning. As part of the activation, guest rooms featured custom Cutwater landline telephones that provided direct access to an on-demand Cosmopolitan service.

By pressing a designated button, guests could connect with a brand ambassador, who delivered a chilled Cutwater Cosmopolitan directly to the room by bar cart. Each cocktail arrived ready to pour and garnish, translating the brand’s “crack, pour, garnish” serving ritual into an interactive hospitality experience.

Beyond the in-room service, Cutwater expanded its presence throughout the motel with welcome cocktails, branded room details, beach merchandise, and patio activations. The takeover was timed around the final long weekend of summer, connecting the convenience of ready-to-serve cocktails with seasonal travel and leisure occasions.
