Spanish tiny house maker Tini has launched an innovative new prefab tiny home that boasts a unique visual aesthetic as well as functional bonuses as a result of the use of Corten steel wrapping.

The 'Tini M' prefab tiny home, which is situated in the Spanish capital city of Madrid, features heavy use of glass and can be slid open in a number of places, offering easy access to the outside as well as sunlight infiltration. The Corten steel sheathing offers dual advantages in that it can weather over the course of time whilst also giving a classy rustic appearance.

The interior of this prefab tiny home measures in at a cozy 34 square meters, all of which is used up on one floor. Thanks to an innovative layout, the floorspace offers a double bed, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom.
