Farewell parties can get pretty wild. Farewell presents, even more. And if you are Karl Rove and is your last week at The White House, you can expect a small conventional present from your collaborators as a regular silver ashtray, a nice tie with a funky colour or a romantic dinner for two. Yet, Rove's friends have done a step forward when talking about going away presents: having wrapped his Jaguar with plastic, they slapped an "I love Barack Obama" bumper sticker, strapped two eagles on the trunk and a stuffed elephant on the hood.
