This new venture connects people so they can practice languages and learn by doing. Based in the UK, Lingtwins is a platform that matches people together to practice languages.

Currently in beta mode, the startup enables users to continue using their language skills and so they won't forget what they've learned. The "new and enriching language experience" are intended to complement formal lessons, whether people are just starting to learn a new language or want to maintain existing skills. Lingtwins also serves to create new friendships. Launching in June 2016 for Android and iOS, Lingtwins is hoping to partner with educational partners.
