The conceptual Porsche Vuelta Smart Cycling Helmet has been designed by Jihwan Lee as a connected cyclist accessory that will keep riders inherently safer when heading out onto city streets.
The helmet is inspired by the aesthetic of a Porsche sports car and features a chic design that keeps riders looking stylish when cycling for commuting or leisure purposes. The accessory aims to provide a much safer riding experience as well by integrating connectivity that will let riders wirelessly activate signals and brake lights to communicate their intentions to others on the road. Specially positioned buttons also allow for volume control to eliminate the need to interact directly with a smartphone when riding.
The conceptual Porsche Vuelta Smart Cycling Helmet speaks to the increasing number of urban consumers seeking ways to enhance both safety and connectivity.
