Amped-Up Anniversary Speed Cars

Porsche Launches its 991 'Turbo' and 'Turbo S' for 2014

Porsche is set to release its 2014 991 'Turbo' and 'Turbo S' models for its upcoming 2014 anniversary celebration. Both models won't include Porsche's iconic manual drive. Instead, each car will run off of 'PDK' (Porsche Doppelkupplung) -- its seven-gear clutch system.

Other exciting features include 560 horsepower, all-wheel drive and better all-wheel steering that gives more control to the rear wheels with a tilt capability of 2.8 degrees. The 'Turbo' model comes in at $149,250 and upgrade model 'Turbo S' at $182,050.

Porsche refers to both models as having more "agility", "stablity" and most importantly more speed than any of their previous '911 Turbo' models. While the debate is still up in the air if a Porsche without a stick is a Porsche at all, these models are perfect for the sleek, stylish and luxurious car connoisseur.
