Those looking to expand their LEGO creations to include some more challenging builds that will introduce new elements of interactive play may find what they're looking for in the 'Piranha Plant Puzzling Challenge Expansion Set' from LEGO, which was created in partnership with Super Mario.
The expansion comes with a Spiny figure and two Piranha Plants, along with a spinning carousel that challenges kids to knock the menacing plants out of the way so that they can retrieve the coins within. The set is meant to be paired with the LEGO Super Mario starter course, and can even be connected through the collaboratively created app to provide more gameplay options. The app will also offer more insights on how the set can be rebuilt for different experiences so that kids can integrate it in unique ways as they continue to expand their Super Mario building set.
