Alcohol-Infused Milkshakes

Piper's Cafe Has Rebranded and Launched an Alcoholic Menu

'Piper's Cafe,' the Covington-based cafe-style restaurant, has rebranded to 'Piper's Ice Cream Bar' and launched a variety of alcohol-infused beverages and treats. The brand felt as though adding an alcoholic line would improve marketability to adults and older consumers who want to relax in a cafe-style environment with sweet treats.

This new line of alcoholic 'Adults Only' beverages includes shakes, floats, cocktails, and seltzers, offering a nice balance of alcohol and sweet ice cream-based experiences. In addition to this, the brand is offering a line of alcohol-infused treats such as malts, slushies, ice cream sandwiches, and even sundaes or soft-serve ice creams. With this wide array of alcohol-infused products, the brand hopes to build a dedicated consumer base for fans of these fusion desserts.
