This video is from a Sesame Street segment circa the late 90s. Needless to say, it is quite entertaining. I love the uniform monotone voice supplied to all of the pooches.
More interestingly is the mind behind this skit (and many others like it), William Wegman. Wegman is a photographer who owns several canine muses which he photographs in various humanistic scenarios and looks.
