LA-based clothing brand Apliiq wants to change that; its new 'Design your own jeans' option lets you personalize your jeans with fun patterns, however you wish. And the best part is that it can all be done online, through its online dashboard on Apliiq.com.
The system is easy to use. You can browse through nine types of denim washes and hundreds of colored and patterned fabrics on the fabric library. Then, choose where you want these fabrics to be sewn on, either the jeans pockets or cuffs. The process takes minutes.
For this launch, Apliiq has collaborated with jean manufacturer Rustic Dime. The company plans to collaborate with different denim brands in the near future.
