Reebok is introducing its Forever Floatride GROW as a plant-based performance running shoe that's designed to challenge some of the top performance running sneaker styles on the market. The innovative and sustainable footwear design from Reebok is set to launch in Fall 2020, representing an updated version of Reebok’s award-winning Forever Floatride Energy. The new and improved sneaker boasts an upper made from naturally biodegradable eucalyptus tree, a sockliner made with BLOOM algae foam, a natural rubber outsole and a lightweight, cushioned midsole that uses castor beans.
The unique, sustainably grown plant-powered materials used for the Reebok Forever Floatride GROW demonstrate the brand's commitment to reducing the amount of petroleum-based plastics used in the production of footwear.
