Highclere Castle Launches its Brand-New Peach Rose Gin

Highclere Castle Spirits launched Peach Rose Gin, its first flavoured expression, introducing a fruity-floral take on the brand’s London Dry. The 40% ABV spirit was crafted using estate-sourced botanicals, featuring oil from the Lady Carnarvon Rose, estate honey and Italian white peaches grown on the Highclere grounds.

The bottle was positioned as a modern line extension that preserves the brand’s classic dry structure while adding a fruit-forward aroma inspired by the castle’s summer gardens. Makers said the recipe drew conceptual influence from Sauternes to echo sweet-wine aromatics; the gin is recommended both on the rocks and in cocktails.

Available nationwide in the US this month through retail, on- and off-trade accounts, and direct-to-consumer channels, Peach Rose Gin targets consumers seeking provenance-led, experiential spirits and expands Highclere’s portfolio beyond its flagship London Dry.
