Paul John Whisky Christmas Edition 2025 has been unveiled by the India-based distillery as its newest spirit to help consumers easily pinpoint the best gift for the whiskey lovers in their life this year.
The spirit has been matured for five years in ex-bourbon barrels before being placed into Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks for two years. The spirit is then blended together before a final year of aging, which results in the whiskey boasting notes of stone fruits, butterscotch and Christmas cake to make it ideal for enjoyment during the holiday season.
Master Blender Michael D'Souza spoke on the Paul John Whisky Christmas Edition 2025 spirit saying, "Each Christmas Edition tells its own story. And 2025 is one of indulgent harmony. The Spanish Cream Sherry casks, born of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso wine, have bestowed a richness that’s both sweet and sophisticated like Christmas.”
