Locally Sourced Party Platters

California's Busseto Foods recently launched a party platter containing meat, cheese and nuts that have all been proudly made in the state of California. The California Party Pack includes salami that is made in the San Joaquin Valley, pistachios and cheeses that are identified as being made with "Real California Milk."

While there are plenty of party-sized meat, cheese and nut platters that can be purchased to serve large groups, few of them put an emphasis on ingredient sourcing. In addition to being assured that they food they are eating is of good quality, many conscious consumers are now keen to learn more about a product's origins, especially when it comes to supporting goods made locally.
