London-based skate brand COPSON works in collaboration with Kana to design a ceramic collection entitled 'Paradiso.' The duo draws inspiration from retro Italian themes, specifically the era of the 70s and its beautiful interiors. The two blend their "shared heritage and appreciation for the European good life, and most importantly things that have been lost over time."
There is a sense of preservation in the new Paradiso collection, which delivers some juxtaposing elements by blending old concepts with new design language. The capsule includes a full dining set, featuring pasta plates, serving bowls, side plates, ice cream bowls, espresso cups, and negroni tumblers. The color palette is predominantly neutral, rooted in hues of off-white and brown with some green accents. There are also some marble and terrazzo effects to correlate to the Italian theme.
