In-store dining may be closed throughout the United States, but that''s not stopping Panera from innovating and satisfying consumer needs -- last Fall, Panera's flatbread pizzas hit the menu, prompting an influx of hungry diners seeking more craving-satisfying but health conscious options. As a result, the QSR restaurant updated its menu with two new flatbread pizza flavors including: Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, and Four Cheese Flatbread.
The first new offering, the Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, features a classic flavor profile with a subtle twist. It's comprised of fresh mozzarella, market tomato bell pepper sauce, and of course, pepperoni. The second menu addition, the Four Cheese Flatbread, is topped with a white sauce to complement the combination of parmesan, mozzarella, fontina and feta cheeses.
