Paddington Lane Wine Co introduces its newest rosé line, comprising the No 1 Dry Rosé, No 2 Savoury Rosé, and the No 3 Soft Rosé.
The first offering in the lineup, the No 1 Dry Rosé, boasts a light color with pink highlights and a flavor profile with notes of raspberry and spiced cherry. The No 2 Savoury Rosé is an Italian rosé of soft tannins, with savory and balanced flavors. Finally, the No 3 Soft Rosé provides a gentle, well-rounded flavor profile with hints of sweetness.
“We are thrilled to bring the Australian market a first for the category; a specialist Rosé brand. Each style in the range is metculously crated with an intended consumer in mind,” said Ross Marshall, Managing Director of Fourth Wave Wine.
