The filling breakfast contains a little bit of vanilla greek yogurt. You will also need old fashioned oats, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla extract, brown sugar, sugar and ground cinnamon. You can also add some vanilla protein powder, if that is your sort of thing. For topping, reduced fat cream cheese, vanilla protein powder or powdered sugar, brown sugar and milk can be added to the overnight oats recipe. You could probably even add a drizzle of caramel sauce if you have a serious sweet tooth.
