'Orange' PaperQuest Gathers Communal Designs

French telecommunications company 'Orange' released its new campaign under the heading Orange PaperQuest to promote and market itself. What makes this campaign unique is its original origami designs that the public creatively manipulated.

The Orange PaperQuest strategy resulted in 13 different creations and are all brilliantly executed by their designers. The video showcases several creators and their inspirations towards this awesome and artistic endeavor.

Implications - In today's Internet-dominated culture, consumers have gotten used to the concept of contributing ideas and alterations to products released by their favorite brands. Corporations would be wise to increase their inter-connectivity with consumers by creating and operating contests and campaigns that require customer input, with the winner gaining a prize.
