You don't actually require fancy equipment to brew a cup of coffee, but it's perhaps still surprising to behold the beautifully minimalist One Kiln Coffee Maker. The set actually appears to be designed for the serving and sipping of your java, rather than for its preparation.
Threetone makes a simple metal stand so that the pieces can be arranged properly. Its base plate takes the shape of a water droplet, and this is mirrored by the open drip form that defines the top of the stand.
The funnel looks more like a conical cup and saucer when viewed from the side, especially because of its hook-like handle. The One Kiln Coffee Maker works by stacking this disguised ceramic vessel on top and placing a real coffee cup below it.
