Oman Air Transitions to Using Recyclable Paper Envelopes for Earbuds

Oman Air has taken a proactive step towards sustainability by introducing redesigned packaging for its Economy Class earphones. In collaboration with Linstol, the airline has transitioned from single-use plastic PET foil to recyclable Kraft paper envelopes. The airline hopes to address the growing concerns over plastic waste and align with global efforts to promote eco-friendly practices within the aviation industry.

By leveraging Linstol's expertise in eco-friendly solutions, Oman Air is able to demonstrate that its inflight amenities meet high-quality standards and uphold environmental stewardship principles.

“We are delighted to introduce this latest initiative on board, which represents our ongoing commitment to our planet by reducing the environmental impact of air travel, while ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and convenient experience that aligns with their values,” said Con Korfiatis, Chief Executive Officer.
