The online portal showcases the variety of hospitals and clinics that are available in real-time and patients can receive booking confirmation through SMS as well as email reminders to eliminate unnecessary points of contact, making the process run seamlessly. As of this year, Okadoc's online platform is entirely integrated with the DHCC website. This offers patients instant appointment bookings from medical locations based in DHCC, saving physicians and patients valuable time.
