Hälsa's Plain Unsweetened Yogurt Shares Probiotics without Sugar

The newest addition to Hälsa's free-from, plant-based yogurt product range is the Plain Unsweetened Zero Sugar oatmilk yogurt, which has no naturally occurring sugar and no added sugar. According to Hälsa co-founder Helena Lumme, "It's a great way to get your daily pre- and probiotics without adding any sugar to your diet."

True to its guiding principle of never using a single artificial ingredient, this yogurt is free from all food additives and chemicals, from the manufacturing process to the recipe itself. Unlike many other kinds of plant-based yogurts, this one does not have grains that are altered by chemicals or enzymes. The new clean-label oatmilk yogurt from Hälsa is available in a family-sized package that's vegan, dairy-free and shares just 90 calories per serving.
