First, you sign up for an introductory nutrition coaching session where Almond assigns you a dietitian for a half an hour consultation that can occur on a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. The qualified professional will create a personalized plan for you consisting of weekly meal plans, individualized recipes and suggested menu items at local restaurants. The plan is also based on your goals, lifestyle, medical background and taste in food. Almond suggests you do four consultations total, one every two weeks.
