The Numero Tokyo Philip Gay editorial is currently being showcased in the fashion magazine's December 2014 edition. Gay's snapshots reveal a tomboy-themed look at model Jac Jagaciak who sported an assortment of chic black leather pieces.
Stylist Tamara Rothstein delivered many of the masculine motifs that are present in this Numero Tokyo series. Pieced together by Rothstein were patterned blazers, white lace collars and athletic sweaters.
Given Rothstein's expertise, she did a remarkable job of updating these menswear elements with feminine twists. Placed alongside the sporty apparel and professional pieces were metallic jewelry sets, chic elongated gloves and short crop skirts, all of which resonate with current holiday motifs and additions that are best suited to females.
