The New Louboutin Range Features an Extended Nude Palette

Luxury footwear designer Christian Louboutin recently expanded his nude palette to include two new shades. While the designer began championing a new definition of nude back in 2015, Louboutin has gone even further to now offer seven different nude hues.

Louboutin originally decided to expand the nude palette for his footwear line after a colleague explained that beige only matches the skin tone of a small portion of people. As a result, the designer sought out to create a spectrum for nude shades rather than a single hue. With the addition of the two new shades this spring, The Nudes Collection by Louboutin includes colors that range from 'Porcelain' to 'Deep Chocolate.'

Following the approach of companies such as Nubian Skin, the new Louboutin collection demonstrates a growing movement towards more inclusive fashion designs.
