AI-Made Vegan Chocolate Milks

Peas, pineapple, cabbage and cocoa are some of the unexpected ingredients that are combined by NotCo to create NotMilk Chocolate, a 100% plant-based alternative to milk. The first-of-its-kind patented artificial intelligence technology leveraged by the company mimics animal-based foods using plant-based ingredients. Guiseppe, the algorithm that creates milk-like products without any actual animal ingredients was specifically created to "learn infinite combinations of plants to replicate animal products, make them sustainable and taste even better."

This nourishing non-dairy milk is a source of calcium, Vitamin D and B12, plus potassium. Thanks to its unique combination of ingredients, NotMilk Chocolate is said to achieve the real, creamy and indulgent taste that people know, love and expect from chocolate milk.

NotMilk Chocolate can now be found in 64-ounce cartons and soon, it will be introduced in a portable eight-ounce size.
