Club Monaco will be releasing a collection of nostalgic 90s clothing, inspired by its roots as an emerging clothing company in the 1990s.
Inspired by its heritage as a Canadian company, the collection is being launched in honor of Canada's 150th birthday. With six basic pieces being released, the collection features the nostalgic Club Monaco crest that made the brand famous in the 90s. The line will include t-shirts and sweaters all featuring Club Monaco's iconic branding.
Club Monaco isn't the only retailer revitalizing its 90s logo t-shirts; Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein have all shown retro influences in recent years. The revitalized 90s aesthetic is one Millennial and Gen Z consumers have been responding well to. The combination of Canada's historic birthday and the resurgence of 90s aesthetic makes this collection a shrewd move on Club Monaco's part.
