Umami Condiment Bundles

Noma Projects' In Season at Noma Series Brings Restaurant Quality Home

At the end of 2024, world-renowned Copenhagen restaurant Noma will cease regular operations and transform into a full-time laboratory focused on recipe creation and goods for its e-commerce platform, Noma Projects. While many people are scrambling to get a reservation while the Michelin-starred restaurant is still open, others are inviting the taste of Noma home with the In Season at Noma series.

Noma Projects is now releasing special product bundles inspired by themed, seasonal tasting menus at Noma restaurants. Noma promises, "Season by season, you’ll now be able to cook with the same delicious flavors that are fueling our creativity at that particular moment in time."

Some of the umami releases from Noma Projects include Mushroom Garum cooking sauce and Dashi RDX syrup for drizzling and dipping.
