Nintendo and Mercedes-Benz have teamed up for the latest Wii-U game, which features Mario Kart and some expensive vehicles.
This is the first time that Nintendo has decided to use branded cars in its video games, as usually it goes with nameless designs. This is a clever way to integrate branding of another company, which in turn has the power to bring in a whole new audience (and customer base). Moreover, the cars feature Mercedes-Benz designs from a variety of decades, which also helps with appealing to different age groups too. While some people are fans of the newest Mercedes-Benz designs, others are more inclined to use an auto from the 1930s for a touch of old-school class.
