The Alice in Wonderland craze may have subsided, but that doesn't mean this classic story won't continue to inspire artists around the world--take the 'Niky Hearts' photo series, for instance. The story certainly influenced this shoot as you can see from the Mad Hatter-like character.
Photographed by Dennis Ziliotto, the 'Niky Hearts' series is, however, much more dark and even slightly disturbing. Perhaps it has something to do with the 'Chucky'-like doll that she plays with.
