To me light has always had a magical, ethereal presence from a soft glow to sharp shards and the Night Light photo series seems to demonstrate both extremes. A lovely beauty photo shoot, these portraits are surreal and fairy tale-like.
Captured by Milan-based photographer Stefan Giftthaler, the Night Light photo series is all about light and composition. Although the light itself could be viewed as soft and subdued, once you get past the gentle background, dainty model and flowing frock, you can't help but notice the hardness of these images.
