Newday Investing, a recently founded impact investment firm, gives users the tools and information to fund ventures that range from ocean cleanup to gender equality. Launching as an app on iOS, Newday Investing allows users to make financial investments that generate some environmental or social return. Six funds are currently represented on the app, with each maintaining clear guidelines as to how and where the money will be spent. The app also allows users to fully control the amount they invest and starts at a very low $5 for investments.
In addition to allowing users to fund social impact projects, Newday Investing will also automatically share a portion of its own revenue with nonprofits working in similar areas.
