If the skirt turns green, the building is using less energy than it produces, when yellow, energy use is breakeven, and when it turns red, the building is using more than it is producing.
The Rockwood Main home is the subject of LEED certification. Because of the prefabrication, they can be built off-site and located nearly anywhere.
