Available as part of the chain's cookie lineup for the week ending in February 25, 2023, the new Neapolitan Cookie is a sweet little treat. The layered dessert started with a vanilla cookie, which is stacked on a chocolate cookie, and then the whole thing is topped with a tart strawberry frosting. The alternating layers are meant to replicate the look and taste of the ice cream flavor that bears the same name.
