Forgo makes 99% natural hand wash powder that can be activated with water, helping to minimize waste packaging waste that comes from throwaway plastic bottles and bags. The powder-to-liquid hand wash can be prepared in one of Forgo's reusable glass dispensers, although it is not necessary and consumers can certainly use what they already have.
Rather than having to purchase or pick up heavy liquid-filled hand wash bottles, consumers are given the ability to make their own hand wash on-demand with powder that comes in a slim package that's lightweight and easy to ship. The individual powder packets have a water-soluble heat sealable coating, which means that they can be recycled in normal paper streams.
