A bedside table and a lamp generally go together with few exceptions, so the creation of the Natta collection by Thomas Jenkins quite cleverly brings these two bedroom staples together to minimize clutter and maximize on convenience. Two different pieces have been designed which both feature low voltage LED lights beneath the birch plywood surfaces, creating a diffuse glow that's perfect for the bedtime ambiance.
The bulb can be switched on an off by tugging on a dangling string, which gives each object a quirky resemblance to a larger table lamp. The effect is more whimsical from the flat surface table than from the deeper one with a drawer. Perching upon steel metal bases, the Natta collection by Thomas Jenkins have a manual brightness control depending on the proximity of the pieces to the wall and the consequent amount of reflection.
