Saladworks Created a 30-Day Challenge for National Salad Month

May is National Salad Month and fast-casual create-your-own salad franchise Saladworks created a 30-day wellness challenge to celebrate the occasion. Although people are staying home, they are still looking for ways to stay active, healthy and mentally stimulated, and the four-week social media challenge offers themes, activities and community to connect health-oriented individuals.

On a weekly basis, Saladworks shares challenges, which are based around four central themes: Create & Relate, Restore & Explore, Nature & Nurture or Nourish & Nutrition. On one day, participants may be tasked with creating a new entree, trying a new sleep routine or making a DIY such as an avocado face mask.
