With the launch of Más Veggies Taqueria, Veggie Grill is joining the growing number of American restaurant chains that have launched delivery-only concept restaurants that make it easier for customers to find dishes that appeal to them.
Though Veggie Grill already provides plenty of healthy plant-based meal options through its regular menu, Más Veggies Taqueria has allowed the chain to further expand this focus so that it can bring new Mexican-inspired dishes to its customers through a streamlined ordering platform. Más Veggies Taqueria's menu spotlights nachos, burritos, bowls, tacos, and much more—with many dishes made with Beyond Meat's protein offerings.
In addition to allowing the company to focus more closely on its plant-based dishes, the virtual concept helps it to supplement its revenue in light of the COVID-19 in-restaurant capacity restrictions.
