Mill House Brewing Company is expanding its footprint in the Hudson Valley with the opening of The Ridge by Mill House, a new mountain-top restaurant set to debut on March 26, 2025, in Highland, NY. This venture is led by Executive Chef Daniel Crocco and Brewmaster Jamie Bishop. It is the brewery’s first foray into Ulster County.
The Ridge by Mill House promises a thoughtfully curated dining experience, featuring a rotating menu of dishes like Swordfish Skewers, Brown Butter Squash, and a signature Ridge Burger, alongside Sunday brunch, a raw bar, and dry-aged steaks. The mountain-top restaurant will also showcase Mill House’s award-winning craft beers, including a new Haus Hefeweizen, as well as handcrafted cocktails and decadent desserts like Ricotta Cannoli Crepes.
Designed with a cabin-inspired aesthetic, the space incorporates locally sourced fixtures and artisanal touches.
