This Motorbike's Stance Can Be Corrected Via Rocket Propulsion

Bosch is unveiling a high-tech new motorbike concept that makes innovative use of thrusting technologies in order to help the vehicle maintain its upright stance, for reasons of both safety as well as performance.

This particular motorbike concept envisions the use of a lateral or sideways thrust system to correct the slippage that can happen when motorbikes are roaring along at high speed. While most conventional motorbikes make use of sensors to correct wheel position, the Bosch motorbike concept instead seeks to embrace rocket propulsion technologies.

The use of thrusting technologies is commonplace in various industries but has never before been applied to two-wheelers, which is precisely why Bosch's new motorbike concept is a great example of the automotive industry looking to adapt existing technologies to new applications.
