Virtual Motherhood Communities

Motherhood Maternity is Virtually Bringing Moms-to-Be Together

On top of the uncertainty of this current time, first-time moms-to-be are experiencing plenty of changes on their own and in many cases, they're having to do so without the usual amount of support—to bring women together, Motherhood Maternity launched a social-based movement to virtually unite expecting women and new moms.

During a global pandemic, expecting mothers are experiencing changes with everything from routine check-ups to the conditions in which they may give birth—as hospitals are restricting visitors, pregnant women are being forced to give birth alone. To help women feel more secure and connected to others during a disruptive time, Motherhood Maternity created a community to share discussions on everything from virtual doctor's appointments and postpartum isolation to working from home with young kids.
