Near the end of February’s fashion week, Isaac Mizrahi chucked some lively color and much needed whimsy down the runway. Using the familiar hat-shape of the toque, he translated that image into a purse, and then back into a hat. Moschino would be proud.
Implications - Consumers in modern society are looking for products that utilize the idea of reusing something. Items that feature a transforming quality are appealing to those who desire an older element in their newer styles as well.
