The Decor of This Aparment Projects Happiness Through Design

— August 25, 2015 — Art & Design
With a design based on a happy and positive environment, this mood-inspired apartment promotes a pleasant atmosphere.

Located in Barcelona, Spain, designers 'CaSa Columbo' and 'Serboli Architecture' created the 'Tyche Apartment.' A holiday get-away for an Italian family, the apartment hopes to serve as a relaxing sanctuary for its inhabitants. The apartment is a collaboration with 'Mergherita Serbol' -- a designer that renovated an early 1900's building with both traditional and contemporary details in mind.

A design team transformed this isolated apartment using colourful decor and paint-schemes that invite natural light in. The use of openness mixed with pastel colors creates a relaxing environment in this mood-inspired apartment.
