The Moky Keyboard Can Also Function As a Trackpad
Rahul Kalvapalle — June 8, 2015 — Tech
The Moky is a Bluetooth keyboard, developed by a South Korean company of the same name, that saves significant space by allowing its keyboard area to also function as a multi-touch trackpad.
This device is equipped with infrared laser sensors that overlay an invisible trackpad atop the keyboard. This allows users to perform actions such as swiping, scrolling, pinching, zooming in or out, clicking and dragging simply by making those exact finger movements in the space directly above the keys.
Indeed the Moky looks like it's set to become the first keyboard/trackpad hybrid to ever make it to market. Not only will this contraption save space, it's a purely phenomenal example of high technology, the kind of which was once only reserved for science fiction.
